The seamless gutters we make at your home/job site will be made from heavy gauge .032-034 nominal thickness of aluminum. A series of special bends are made when the aluminum rolls through our machines forming rollers.  These bend change the gutter from a flat piece of aluminum at the entry end of the machine to the completed gutter shape at the exit end of the machine.  The gutter is so strong when it exits the machine, up to a 75 foot piece can be carried by one person!

The gutter itself is attached to the fascia of your structure with heavy duty hidden hangers.  The recommended factory spacing of these hangers is one hanger every 24 inches from end to end of the gutter.  We put the hangers every 16 inches for better strength and durability.

After the gutter is installed to the house at the proper drain angles to the downspouts.  Special dies are used to punch what are called outlet holes into the gutter.  At these outlet holes are where the downspouts attach and they run down your house to the ground level.  We can put extenders onto the downspouts at ground level that "flip up" off of the ground for lawn mowing and gardening.  Topography permitting, we can attach drain tile leaders to the aluminum downpipes and trench drain tile so the water runs underground to a lower level away from your homes foundation.  Finally we can install No-clog leaf guards that keep all debris (yes, even pine needles, seeds, everything but water) out of your gutter and allow nothing but water to flow into your gutter system, making it maintenance free and allow you to spend time doing the things you enjoy, which I am reasonably sure do not include spending a day high up on a ladder trying to un-clog your gutters!
