When
a person has a specific medical need, they go to see a specialist. A doctor who specializes in a specific practice in
medicine. They are probably referred to a specialist by their family doctor. You might ask yourself, why a specialist?
Because specialists concentrate their efforts in one particular area of the vast medical field. They have specific training,
equipment and knowledge beyond that of a normal doctor in their field. The same can be said for contractors and sub-contractors for
home improvement. The contractor specialist has the same specific knowledge and equipment, and takes the time to update
training and concentrate on that one particular area of construction. Our area is rain handling and gutter protection.
Eric Bannan of ESB Seamless Gutters is a member of the Upper Peninsula Home Builders Association
http://www.upbuildersassociation.com/ You will find that He and his company are leading the way in the rain gutter industry in the Marquette area.
You will find that other rain handling contractors are following us at a distance in research, products and customer
service, and that is why both he and his company are poised to become the Marquette Area's premier gutter
installer by offering the highest quality materials and installation available.
Eric
Bannan has scoured the industry and found the best possible products available for your rain gutters. He has tested
the gutter products and evaluated them on his own home and others to bring you the best products available in the industry
today.
Some company's offer steel rain gutters, steel is great and cheap, but unfortunately
no matter how you coat it, galvanize it, or how many times you coat it and dip it---it rusts, tarnishes, and discolors and
this is especially evident when you have the presence of pine needles. That is why we use heavy gauge aluminum rain
gutters. Aluminum is the type of gutter that is used the most in the United States and Canada
because of its corrosion resistance. Our machinery is capable of running up to .25 gauge vinyl coated steel and
we are able to obtain that metal from our suppliers at less of a material cost to us, but instead we choose to use the best
product, which is more expensive (aluminum) and we offer it at the same price or less than our counterparts. Ninety
Nine percent of fascia and soffit material is made from aluminum on homes. In using aluminum gutters, you
are mating like materials to each other. Just think about it, Why isn't your car built from aluminum alloys? It
would never rust or corrode and be just as strong-----answer-------Cost!!
When you get an ESB
System, you can rest assured you are getting the best painted aluminum, best and strongest hangers (which are hidden from
view), best workmanship, and a no-clog panel system that actually works!
